# Privacy Policy — Coachistics Mobile Recorder

Coachistics Mobile Recorder ("the App") is published by Coachistics.

## Summary

The App records video and audio on your device. Recordings are stored **on your phone**. When you record, the App can publish a live stream on your **local Wi‑Fi network** so a paired laptop app on the same network can receive it. We do not operate cloud servers for this App.

## Information the App uses

- **Camera** — to capture video while recording.
- **Microphone** — to capture audio while recording.
- **Local network** — to display your device’s LAN address and accept WebSocket signaling from devices on the same Wi‑Fi network.

## Data storage

- Recordings are saved in the App’s private storage on your device (`recordings/`).
- The App does not upload recordings to Coachistics or third parties by default.

## Data sharing

- Stream data is sent only to devices that connect to your phone’s signaling URL on the local network while recording.
- You control sharing by who receives the stream link or QR code.

## Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13.

## Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
